I had asked them to give me a quote first for any repair and I will also look at getting others and then we will come to an arrangement. They DID NOT EVEN bother to call and give me the quote and THEY DID NOT EVEN bother to call ask for AUTHORIZATION to just take money out of my card! I rung them immediately she apologized that they did not call me or give the quote and apologized they took the money without asking. WHAT THIEVES!!!! I have lodged a complaint with Fair trading and the Bank will dispute the payment URGENTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
